摘要
目的探讨对护理人员分层进行培训的效果。方法按照工作年限不同对护理人员分层分类进行培训。结果分层培训后护理人员理论、操作考核成绩、满意度、发表护理论文数量较未分类培训前均有所提高,护理差错、投诉发生数量较前减少。结论按照工作年限不同对护理人员进行分层分类培训,提高护理人员综合素质,取得了满意的效果。
Objective To analyze the stratified training of nurses.Methods Nurses were classified into different groups according to the work time,and different training were provided.Results After the application of stratified training,the performances of nurses as theoretical and operational examination,patient satisfaction degree,and the number of nurses' paper presentation were increased than before.Meanwhile,nursing mistakes and the occurrence rate of complaints were decreased.Conclusion Stratified training according to work time has improved comprehensive qualities of nurses,and satisfactory effect has also been achieved.
