In recent years,with changes of the equipment,technology,tasks,and services in medical imaging department,radiology related medical disputes gradually increased.Based on the analysis of characteristics of medical disputes in the department of radiology,some prevention measures were proposed as carrying out related education,providing personalized services,strengthening the doctor-patient communication and professional skills training,and implementing regulations,and so on.
