摘要
研究发现,全球约有70%以上的人处于亚健康,而护士作为特殊的群体,其亚健康发生率更高。本文认真总结引起亚健康的文化心理根源,包括:中国传统文化对护士的影响;内部人才环境对护士的影响;职称、科研对护士的影响;社会的期望对护士的影响等。同时提出相应的干预措施,如调整心态,采取积极的应对方式;医院领导应高度重视护士亚健康的问题;开展多种形式的健康教育工作;重视患者的心理健康问题那样重视护士的心理健康问题;提高社会和家庭的支持力度等。
Studies have found that about 70% of people are in the sub-health state.The nurses,as a special group,are with the higher incidence of sub-health.In this article,the psychological and cultural origins were summarized of sub-health conscientiously,which include the influence of Chinese traditional culture on the nurses,internal talent environment on the nurses,titles and scientific research pressures on the nurses,the social expectations to the nurses and so on.Then the appropriate intervention countermeasures were put forward,such as adjusting their views on these problems,taking positive measures to cope with them letting the hospital manager realize these problems and take them seriously,providing effective health consultation,and improving the support from social and family.
