奥氏体不锈钢中径管焊缝超声爬波探伤

摘要 为了有效解决传统超声波横波无法检测奥氏体不锈钢的问题,研制开发了超声爬波探头和对比试块。使用超声爬波技术对奥氏体中径管焊缝进行了全面检测,并对其性能进行验证。结果证明,采用超声爬波技术能有效检测出壁厚不大于18mm的奥氏体中径管焊缝缺陷,可以作为奥氏体中径管焊缝的一种检测方法。 In order to effectively solve the problems laced by traditional shear wave testing on austenitic stainless steel, ultrasonic creeping wave probe and reference block were developed and fabricated. The creeping wave was used to perform a comprehensive testing of the welds of the middle-bore austenitic steel tubes and its effectiveness was verified. It is proved that the weld defects of the middle-bore austenitic steel tubes with wall thickness not more than 18mm can be detected by creeping wave inspection and the method can be used as a feasible method on austenitic weld.
