摘要
报道了以 Co- B/ Si O2 非晶态合金为催化剂用于乙腈加氢生成乙胺的研究 ,考察了此催化剂的催化活性和选择性 ,与 Raney Ni以及其他类型的催化剂比较表现出良好的催化活性和选择性 ,并通过对该催化剂的一系列表征 ,阐明了类金属 B的修饰有利于乙腈加氢反应的特性以及引入载体可以大大提高催化剂活性中心位均匀分布 .
The Co- B/Si O2 amorphous alloy catalyst was prepared by chemical reduction with borohydride solution.During the hydrogenation ofacetonitrile to primary amine,the prepared amorphous alloy catalyst exhibited higher activity and better selectivity than Raney Ni and other Co- based crystalline catalysts.The modification ofthe Co active sites by the alloying with boron and the formation of the amorphous structure played key roles in promoting the hydrogenation activity and selectivity.
