摘要
4-溴 - 3,5-二羟基苯甲酸是嘧啶类药物的中间体 ,以 3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为原料合成了它并用质谱进行了表征 ,同时对反应条件也进行了一定探索 .
bromo- 3,5- dihydroxybenzoic acid ( ) is an intermediate for preparing pyrimidine medicament.The product was prepared from 3,5- dihydroxybenzoic acid(I) ,and the structure of the product was indentified with Mass Spectrometer. The synthetic condition was also investigated in our lab.
