摘要
用聚苯乙烯二乙醇胺树脂催化合成正丁基苯基醚 ,考察了反应物摩尔比 ,反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对产品收率的影响及催化剂的回收、套用性能 ,在本实验的优化条件下 ,产品收率达 96.7% ,催化剂回收和重复使用 4次后 ,活性未降低 ,质量未损失。
Catalytic synthesis of n butyl phenyl ether with polystyrene diethanol amine resin is studied in this paper. The yield of product is affected by reaction molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time,amount of catalyst,etc. The recycling of catalyst is also probed. Under the optimal reaction condition, the yield rate reaches to 96.7% and the catalyst can be recycled and reused for more than four times without any loss of quantity and activation.
