Evaluation of the Opening-up Level of Tourism in Xinjiang

为了评价新疆旅游开放状况,通过建立新疆旅游开放综合评价指标体系,经过运算得出结论:第一,新疆旅游开放状况的公因子是社会经济状况和自然环境状况,前者的影响大于后者的影响;第二,2001—2011年的新疆旅游开放水平呈现出波动上升趋势,但自然环境是开放的短板;第三,因此政府及相关企业应该注重招商引资,合理利用外资进行基础设施建设,同时也应多关注自然环境的发展,更进一步提升新疆的自然环境。

To evaluate open level of Xinjiang tourism, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system of Xinjiang tourism open status, the results after operations are： First, the condition of xinjiang tourism open common factor is the social economy and natural environment conditions, the influence of the former is greater than the influence of the latter. Second, the factor score of Xinjiang tourism open condition overall fluctuated upward from 2001 to 2011, the natural environment is the short board of Xinjiang tourism open status. Third, so the government and related enterprises should pay attention to attract foreign businesses and investment,to utilize foreign capital reasonablely for infrastructure construction;at the same time should also pay more attention to the development of the natural environment, further improve the natural environment of Xinjiang
