摘要
当前,煤矿安全生产监测大多采用有线方式,有线传输方式布线繁琐、线路依赖性强、安装以及维护的成本较高。井下工况条件恶劣,加大了布线的难度。为了解决有线传输方式存在的问题和不足,深入分析了煤矿井下无线传感器节点各模块的功能特点和性能要求,设计了基于STM32W108芯片的煤矿无线传感器节点,重点研究了各功能模块的工作原理,给出了硬件平台的总体设计方案和硬件电路图及软件流程图。无线传感器网络将煤矿井下环境参数与传输网络连接在一起,为人们提供直接、有效、真实的信息。
At present, cable transmission is used mostly in the coal mine safety production monitoring. Cable trans- mission mode has many shortcomings ,for example:wiring complex line dependence of strong, installation and main- tenance cost more. Badly working mine underground increase the difficulty of the wiring. In order to solve the cable transmission mode existing problems and the insufficiency, this paper analysis wireless sensor node which use in the coal mine underground and the functions of its modules characteristics and performance requirements deeply. And design wireless sensor node of coal mine based on STM32W108 chip ,research emphatically each function module of the working principle.
