摘要
天津水运工程科学研究所大型水动力实验室(一期)工程设计新颖,规模宏大。工程主体钢屋盖采用新颖的体内张拉桁架结构,跨度达99m,为目前国内最大跨度的体内张拉预应力钢绞线桁架结构。基于工程实践,介绍大跨度体内张拉预应力桁架结构施工技术,包括桁架单元加工制作,高空安装和微调就位,钢绞线的张拉与控制等。该技术的应用可大大缩短工期,降低施工成本,确保施工质量和安全。
The architectural feature of hydrodynamic laboratory for Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering (TIWTE) is distinctive and has grand scale. The internal prestressing truss structure is adopted by the TIWTE and it is the largest span internal prestressing truss structure in China, whose span is 99 meters. Key construction technology of large-span internal prestressing truss structure was introduced, such as fabricating and hoisting and assembling of welded-ball-joint truss unit at high altitude and tensioning and controlling of long steel wires, etc. The application of this technology can greatly shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost and ensure the construction quality and safety.
