摘要
结合青岛某高层建设项目,介绍和研究了型钢混凝土组合梁叠合施工悬挂式模板支撑体系的工作原理和施工方法。对支撑体系中的牛腿进行了理论计算,结合悬挂螺杆和主次龙骨的计算表明支撑体系是安全可靠。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对悬挂式支撑体系和型钢混凝土组合梁进行模拟分析,数值模拟结果与工程实际情况较吻合,表明支撑体系可以承受悬挂式模板支撑系统传来的各种荷载,具有足够大的承载能力和抵抗变形的能力。
Combined with a high-rise construction project in Qingdao, the working principle and construction method of suspended support system about laminated construction of steel reinforced concrete composite beam were studied. The theoretical calculations of bracket, combined with the suspended screw and the primary and secondary keel show that the support system is safe and reliable. By finite element analysis software ANSYS, the suspended supports system and steel reinforced concrete composite beam were simulated, and the simulation results had good agreement with the actual results, which indicated the support system may bear each kind of load and had enough bearing capacity and the deformation resistance.
