摘要
大型超临界燃煤机组普遍存在燃用非设计煤种的现象,锅炉在低负荷运行时,如煤种硫分较高,容易导致引风机出口烟道低温腐蚀。以珠海金湾发电有限公司600MW超临界机组为例,对锅炉引风机出口烟道低温腐蚀的原因进行分析,结合实际制定解决措施,改善了引风机出口烟道低温腐蚀现象。
Most large supercritical unit commons mixed coal burning phenomenon, it is easy to cause the fan outlet flue temperature corrosion at low load operation because of a higher sulphur coal. As an example of Zhuhai Jinwan Power Co. , Ltd. , 600 MW supercritical unit, the writer analyzed the causes of low temperature corrosion, combined with the actual development of solutions and improved the fan outlet flue temperature corrosion phenomenon.
