摘要
随着节能发电技术的突飞猛进,余能回收发电装置已经成为各类企业的基本装备,无论在新建项目还是改造项目,各种形式的余能回收发电装置都与主体设备同时建设,部分冶金企业总回收发电能力可达企业总负荷的1/3~1/4.但在工厂供电设计的供电总容量计算中,没有节能发电容量折算的计算方法,造成区域变电站和总降变电站的装机容量和无功补偿容量偏大,浪费大量投资.通过对某冶金企业的高炉煤气余压发电机组和干法熄焦余热回收发电机组4台设备的运行工况统计分析,提取能源回收发电机组全年开动率系数Kk和能源回收发电机组输出功率稳定系数Kw,对节能发电容量的折算方法进行分析与研究.
With energy saving power generation technology by leaps and bounds, surplus energy recovery and power generation device has become a basic equipment of all kinds enterprise, whether in construction or reno- vation project, various forms of surplus energy recovery and power generation device simultaneously with the main body equipment construction, parts of metallurgical enterprises total recovery capacity can reach 1/3 1/4 of total load. But in the factory power supply design of power supply capacity calculation, without the cal- culation method of energy saving power generation capacity is reduced, cause regional substation and the main transformers capacity and reactive power compensation capacity slants big, waste a lot of investment. Over through the metallurgical enterprises of TRT set and CDQ set 4 device the operation condition of statistical analysis, extract the energy recycling Kk generating set throughout the year to start the rate coefficient and energy recycling Kw generator output power stability coefficient, the energy-saving power generation capacity of the convert method carries on the analysis and research.
