摘要
研究了新试剂二碘苯基荧光酮 (DIPF)与铜的显色反应 ,在pH =5 4盐酸—六次甲基四铵缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)存在下 ,DIPF与铜反应生成 3∶1红色络合物 ,λmax =5 6 0nm ,ε =8.0 4× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1.铜含量在 0~ 15 μg/ 2 5mL内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于食品和水样中微量铜的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
The color reaction of diiodophenylfluorne(DIPF)with copper was studied.In the presence of pH=5.4 buffer solution and CPB medium.DIPF can reacts with copper(Ⅱ) to form a 3∶1 stable complex.The molar absorptivity is 8.04×10 4 L·moL -1 ·cm -1 at 560nm.Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0~15?μg/25?mL.This method can be applied to the determination of copper in food and water with satisfactory results.
