摘要
水位调节阀作为汽轮机凝水系统的重要组成设备,其开度的变化会改变阀流量系数以及整个系统的阻力特性。为研究不同工况下水位调节阀的工作特性,通过伯努利方程,对调节阀流量系数进行公式推导,得到调节窗口面积比对流量系数的影响及变化规律。通过数值模拟手段研究水位调节阀的流量系数,分析不同压差、不同开度对流量系数的影响,通过公式计算及数值模拟结果的对比,验证计算方法的正确性,并为数值模拟计算流量系数的方法提供理论支撑。采用本次计算所得流量系数对凝水系统进行计算,得到了较好的计算结果。
As an important equipment in condensate system of steam turbine, variety of water level control lift can change the flow coefficient and resistance characteristic in the whole system. In order to research the characteristic of water level control in different conditions, the flow coefficient of valve was been deduced by Bernoulli equation, and obtained the influence and rule of area ratio of control window. Through research on flow coefficient of water level control valve by numerical simulation, analyzed influence of different pressure difference and different lift to flow coefficient. Compared the results by deduced and simulation, which indicated exactness of compute result, and supplied the theory for method of numerical simulation. The new results of condensate system were obtained by the flow coefficient which computed in this paper.
