摘要
控制水下航行器辅机产生的机械噪声一直是水下航行器减振降噪研究的热点。从能量传递方面来看,这类噪声均来源于作为驱动源的电机振动。本文从电机理论的角度讨论水下航行器辅机电机的振动原因,重点分析产生电磁振动的径向电磁力,论述水下航行器辅机用3种常用电机径向电磁力的产生特点。结合水下航行器设计使用特点,介绍辅机电机振动控制的3个对策。
Controlling the mechanical noise of auxiliary machine is always the pivot of restrain vibration and acoustic noise in underwater vehicle. From the view of transferring energy, all of this kind of noise is brought with the vibration of motor as the driving source. The reason of vibration in motor of auxiliary machine for underwater vehicle is discussed with the view of motor theory. On the basis of analyzing the radial electromagnetic force which producing the electromagnetic vibration, dissertate the characteristic of the radial electromagnetic force in three types general motor for underwater vehicle. Combining the designing and the using of underwater vehicle, introduce three control strategies about the motor's vibration of auxiliary machine.
