摘要
基于建立的水平蒸汽发射系统各组成部分的动态数学模型,利用Matlab软件的Simulink仿真平台,以发射性能最优为目标,对系统的控制策略进行深入研究,分别得到3种不同类型发射阀的最优控制策略,以及相应的系统性能参数随时间变化规律。研究结果表明:在3种不同类型的发射阀中,在保证载荷达到规定的位移时载荷速度超过规定值最小且载荷基本上做匀加速运动的情况下,直线调节阀下阀的动作过程最为平稳。
Based on the established mathematic models of each component of the horizontal steam- launch system, a thorough research on the control strategy of system was conducted to aim at the optimal launching performance by the simulation platform Matlab/Simulink, the control strategy of three different type of launching valves ( linear, equal percentage and quick opening valve) were obtained, as well as the performance parameters as a function of time were obtained. The research results indicate that, among the three different type of launching valves, the action process with the linear valve is the gentlest, under the condition that the load velocity reaches the set value when the load displacement reaches the set value, as well as the load motion process is nearly uniformly accelerated motion.
