摘要
通过渗流过程水力模拟试验 ,提出了铝液在多孔介质中大雷诺数渗流的数学模型 ,并结合温度场数值模拟计算 ,对铝液渗流规律进行了探讨 ,发现渗流具有二次非线性特性。通过与实际铝合金渗流实验进行对比表明 ,根据数值模拟的结果与水力模拟试验及实际铝合金渗流结果基本吻合。进而提出了采用中压高速渗流法制备细孔 (直径 0 .4 mm)
High Reynolds number infiltration of liquid aluminum in porous media has been investigated through hydraulic simulating test, a mathematical model of the high Reynolds number infiltration of liquid aluminum in porous media has been put forward, and the infiltration rule is discussed with the numerical calculating of the temperature traverse. It is found that the infiltration possesses second order non linear characteristics. The numerically calculated results based on the model agree with the hydraulic simulation and aluminum alloy infiltration. The high speed infiltration under medium pressure has been proposed, and porous aluminum alloy with thin holes (diameter 0.4mm) has been fabricated.
