Supplying power in Wushu exercises mainly involve ATP-CP system, secondary HL system. In training source, if you want to improve supplying power in ATP-CP system, you should adhere to the rules of limiting intensity, short time, duplicating for many times and avoiding piling up HL; if you want to improve supplying power in HL system, you should follow the rules of secondary limiting strength and making HL stack.
