前路椎弓根螺钉技术用于颈椎前路内固定失败翻修术1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，男，58岁，因“颈椎骨折伴脊髓损伤术后20d，发现内固定松动1d”入院。患者于2011年9月20日因车祸伤致C5、C6椎体骨折伴四肢麻木无力3d收住入院，诊断为C5、C6骨折伴不全瘫，后行C5、C6椎体次全切除钛网植入前路钢板内固定术治疗。术后患者四肢麻木、无力症状好转出院。
