血流储备分数在冠状动脉介入诊疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目前临床上诊断冠心病的“金标准”是冠状动脉造影( coronary artery angiography, CAG)。CAG显示冠状动脉管腔的轮廓和相对于正常管腔的狭窄程度,可以明确冠状动脉有无狭窄、狭窄的部位、程度、范围等,并根据结果指导进一步治疗,但只能对病变的狭窄程度进行解剖学的影像评价,而对病变是否导致心肌缺血无法做出功能学的评价,而冠状动脉狭窄,尤其是临界病变,对远端血流在功能上究竟产生多大的影响,是否会导致心肌缺血进而引起症状,则不得而知。因此,
