改良睑板-结膜-Müller肌切除术在上睑下垂手术中的应用

Resection of tarsal-conjunctiva-Müller's muscle to correct ptosis

目的探讨改良睑板-结膜-Müller肌切除术的手术效果。方法改良睑板-结膜-Müller肌切除术以矫正上睑下垂及形成重睑。结果 12例单侧上睑下垂病例,经过3个月到4年的随访,满意患者10例,2例欠矫。结论对于提上睑肌肌力在10 mm及以上、下垂量在2 mm及以下者,此术式简单易行,效果良好。

Objective To explore the efficacy of modified tarsal-conjunctival-Muller＇s muscle resection in the treatment for minimal ptosis. Methods The correction of the minimal ptosis and formation of the double eyelid were achieved through the modified tarsal-conjunctival-Muller＇s muscle resection in 12 patients. Remits Twelve cases of unilateral ptosis were followed-up for 3 months to 4 years. Ten patients reported satisfactory results and 2 patients showed under-correction. Conclusion Modified tarsal-conjunctiva-Moller＇s muscle resection is indicated when there is more than 10 mm functional levator and less than 2 mm ptosis. The procedure is simple and has satisfactory outcomes.
