超声造影在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

Application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的探讨胃超声造影技术在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析经手术证实的189例胃癌患者的胃超声造影情况,结果与胃镜检查对比分析。结果超声造影检出浅表型20例,隆起型(息肉型)75例,凹陷型(局限溃疡型)24例,浸润溃疡型30例,弥漫浸润型28例。胃超声造影对胃癌的诊断符合率为93.65%(177/189),胃镜检查对胃癌的诊断符合率为84.10%(159/189),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论胃超声造影技术对胃癌的检出优于胃镜,且无损伤、无痛苦、重复性强,可作为临床筛查胃部疾病的有效方法。

Objectives To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The contrast-enhanced ultrasound data of 189 patients with gastric cancer confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed and compared with gastroscopy results. Results In 189 cases,contrast-enhanced ultrasound found 20 cases of superficial type, 75 cases of uplift type （polyp type ）, 24 cases of depressed tubulovillous adenoma（limited ulcer type）, 30 cases of infiltrating ulcer type and 28 cases of diffuse infiltration type.The diagnosis rate of gastric cancer by CEUS and gastroseopy were 93.65% （177/189） and 84.10% （159/189）, respectively. There was sinificant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CEUS is superior to gastroscopy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and noninvasive, painless and repetitive, and can be an important method for screening gastric disease.
