医院内部审核是医院质量管理体系持续改进的有力保障。通过完善内部审核工作,不仅可以保证医院平稳运行,更利于发现管理中存在的薄弱环节。文中对在医院进行内部审核方法和存在问题进行分析,并提出若干解决措施,以期进一步完善对医院质量管理体系建立的研究。

Hospital internal auditing offers an effective protection for the continuous improvement of a hospital quality man agement. Accomplished internal checking procedures can not only guarantee the smooth running of a hospital, but also helps reveal the weak aspects in the management. This article analyzes the methods of and problems with hospital internal checking, and puts forward some solutions, for the purpose of promoting the researches on the optimization of the quality management system of the hospital.
