小包装一次性抗菌洗手液污染情况调查 被引量:3

Investigation of pollution situation about small packing one-time use antibacterial soap

摘要 目的调查小包装一次性抗菌洗手液污染情况,分析原因。方法采用细菌检验技术,现场采集使用中抗菌洗手液进行细菌定量检测与菌种鉴定。结果290份抗菌洗手液中,细菌总数≤200cfu/g占3.79%;细菌总数201-1000cfu/g占9.66%;细菌总数〉1000cfu/g占13.1%,无菌生长的73.44%;铜绿假单孢菌检出率为10.34%.大肠杆菌检出率为0.69%;优势菌均为肠杆菌科,分别为阴沟肠杆菌、异型枸橼酸杆菌、产酸克雷伯菌、弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌;所有洗手液中均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌及霉菌。结论小包装一次性抗菌洗手液污染较为严重,铜绿假单孢菌污染比例最高,大肠杆菌次之,应引起足够重视并采取必要的措施予以改进。 Objective To investigate the contamination of the one-time use small pack hand-washing solutions, and analyze the causes of contamination for finding corresponding measures. Method On spot sampling and bacterial examination were used to detect the strains of bacteria quantitative. Results Of the 290 samples, the sample of total bacterial count less than 200 cfu/g was 3.79%; between 201 and 1 000 cfu/g was 9.96%; more than 1 000 cfu/g was 11.3%. The rate of no bacterial contamination was 73.44%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 10.34% of the samples and Escherichia coli was detected in 0.69% of the samples.The major identified bacteria were enterbacteriaceae including Enterobacter cloacae,Shaped citrobacter,Klebsiella oxytoca,Citrobaeter freundii,Klebsiella pneumoniae. No Staphylococcus aureus, Hemolytic streptococcus and molds were detected in all the samples. Conclusions Bacterial contamination of one-time use small pack hand-washing solutions was serious in medical institutions. The contamination rate of P. aeruginosa was the highest among the bacteria detected, followed by Escherichia coll. It is necessary to take some measures for improvement.
