武威市城镇化与水土资源效益协调性分析 被引量:13

摘要 以武威市各县区为研究区域,利用2000、2005、2010年土地利用图和统计数据,构建了城镇化水平与水土资源效益协调发展的综合评价指标体系。在分别运用熵值法和基于熵权的TOPSIS法计算了城市化水平与水土资源效益指数的基础上,利用耦合协调度模型测算了城镇化与水土资源效益的耦合度和协调发展度。结果表明:2000、2005、2010年武威市各县区城镇化水平逐步提高,但是基本都处于城镇化滞后的水土资源利用模式,水土资源效益呈现出不同的变化特征,其中凉州区、民勤县水土资源效益值逐步提高,古浪县、天祝县水土资源效益值逐步降低;武威市各县区城镇化水平和水土效益耦合处于颉颃阶段,协调发展度水平整体不高,但呈逐步上升趋势,协调发展类型逐步从失调向协调发展。 With three counties and one district of Wuwei City, Gansu Province, China, based on three land use maps in 2000, 2005,and 2010 and relevant data, this paper built an urbanization level evaluation indice system from as- pects of economic urbanization, population urbanization and social urbanization, and finally measureed the urbaniza- tion level of the study area with the entropy method. An evaluation indice system of water-land resources was estab- lished from aspects of social, economical, and ecological benefits, and water-land resources efficiency index was calculated by TOPSIS method. The degree of coupling coordination degree model was estimated on the basis of estimates of the level of urbanization and water-land resources efficiency index, urbanization and water-land resources effective and coordinated development degree, with reference to the type of coordinated development of criteria for the classification, to determine the three counties' development and coordination types in each year, according to the mean of the three counties and one district, the evaluation of the level of urbanization in Wuwei City, and water-land efficiency and the coordinated development degree. The results show that the urbanization level of counties and dis- trict of Wuwei City was gradually increased in 2000,2005 and 2010, however, their urbanization was carried out basi- cally based on a lagging model of water-land resources use. The water-land resources benefits presented different variation characteristics. Among them, the values of water-land resources benefits were enhanced step by step in Liangzhou District and Minqin County and gradually went down in Gulang County and Tianzhu County. As for Wuwei City' s district and counties, the coupling level of urbanization and water-land resources benefit was in antagonistic stage. Their level of coodination development degree is not high as a whole with gradually increasing trend and the types of coodination development gradually are changed from uncoodination development to coodination development.
