预测式前交叉韧带股骨侧骨道定位器的临床应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨我院自行研制的预测式前交叉韧带股骨侧骨道定位器用于关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建手术中股骨侧骨道定位的临床效果。方法:运用术后CT三维重建分析前交叉韧带重建术后股骨骨道的准确性。结果:所有病例股骨骨道内口均位于前交叉韧带股骨止点足印区的中心,所有病例均未发生股骨骨道后壁破溃。结论:预测式前交叉韧带股骨侧骨道定位器定位准确,使用方便,可重复性好,可推广应用于关节镜下前交叉韧带重建手术中股骨骨道的定位。 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of self--made predictable femoral bone tunnel locator in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction under arthroscope. Methods:Three-dimensional (3-D) CT reconstruction was used to analyze the accuracy of femoral bone tunnel location after ACL reconstruction operation. Results:Postoperative 3-D CT reconstruction showed that all the inner opening of femoral bone tunnel in all cases was located at the footprint center of femoral insertion. The thickness of posterior wall was between 1.5 to 2.5 mm, without posterior wall disruption in any cases. Re- sults:The inside mouth of femoral bone tunnel of all patients were located at footprint district of anterior cruciate ligament inserted. The femoral bone tunnel wall was not ruptured in all patients. Conclusion: The predictable femoral bone tunnel locator has the advantages of precise location, convenient operation, and good repeatability, which is worth wide clinical application in ACL reconstruction.
