摘要
目的探讨CEUS参数在评价糖尿病患者下肢血流灌注中的临床意义。方法对32例糖尿病患者(64条下肢,病例组)和25名志愿者(49条下肢,对照组)进行CEUS检查,定量分析CEUS图像并进行组间对比观察。结果对照组左右侧肢体动静脉通过时间差异无统计学意义,股动静脉通过时间为(10.18±1.33)s,腘动静脉通过时间为(8.42±0.94)s;糖尿病患者股动静脉通过时间为(12.61±2.58)s,腘动静脉通过时间为(10.86±1.89)s,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论超声定量分析下肢动静脉通过时间有助于评价糖尿病患者下肢整体微循环。
Objective To explore the application of CEUS parameters in evaluation on microcirculation of lower extremi- ties in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Thirty-two diabetes mellitus patients (diabetes group, 64 lower limbs ) and 25 normal volunteers (control group, 49 lower limbs) underwent CEUS. The images were analyzed and compared. Femoral arteriovenous contrast agent transit time and popliteal arteriovenous contrast agent transit time in control group was (10.18± 1.33) s and (8.42 ± 0. 94) s, respectively, shorter than those in diabetes group ([12. 61±2.58] s and [10.86±1.89]s, both P〈0. 001). Conclusion CEUS quantitative analysis of arteriovenous contrast agent transit time can provide information for evaluating lower extremity microcirculation in patients with diabetes mellitus.
