三维超声心动图评价右心功能的应用进展

Application progresses of three-dimensional echocardiography in evaluation of right ventricular function

右心功能是右心衰竭及肺动脉高压等右心疾病发病率及死亡率的独立预测因子,目前准确评估右心功能已成为临床不可回避的问题。三维超声心动图的出现使得准确评估右心功能成为可能。本文对三维超声心动图在右心功能评估中的进展进行综述。

The right ventricular function is an independent prognostic indicator of morbidity and mortality in patients with right heart diseases such as right heart failure and pulmonary hypertension and so on, so exacting evaluation of the right ventricular function has becoming an inevitable clinic problem. The 3-dimensional echocardiography （3DE） leads to a better evaluation of the right heart function. The application progresses of 3DE for evaluation on right heart function were re- viewed in this article.
