摘要
文章通过了解苏州大学附属第一医院(简称:苏大附一院)的门诊现状,结合医院自身特点,介绍了医院所采取的门诊流程优化模式,进一步缩短非医疗等候时间,从而提高患者就诊效率,有效缓解"三长一短"的现象,提升人民群众对医院的医疗服务满意度。
Based on a thorough analysis of the actual situation of the out -patients department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, this paper indicated the introduction of the time - phased appointment registration mode the Hospital has carried out. As a result, the waiting time for medical service further shortened, efficiency of outpatient service improved, medical appointment service process effectively optimized and finally, the satisfaction rate of the hospital by the people upgraded.
