摘要
通过对特种氯丁橡胶在热空气中进行实验室加速老化实验,研究了特种氯丁橡胶的拉伸强度随老化时间的变化规律,得到了该材料在热空气中老化的拉伸强度随老化时间的变化的数学关系式,依据实验得到的老化动力学参数,对特种氯丁橡胶以拉伸强度为指标进行了寿命预测。研究结果表明,在不同温度下,橡胶的拉伸强度(σ)与老化时间(t)的数学表达式为:σ=19.5exp(-3.312×10-4t0.79),预测在25℃下该氯丁橡胶的使用寿命为44.6a。
The accelerated aging tests of the neoprene were carried in laboratory.The rule of tensile strength and aging time was studied and the mathematical relationship of tensile strength chang with aging time in the hot air was obtained.The service life prediction functions of neoprene were established and service life were estimated basing on the kinetic parameters of aging.The result showed that mathematic relation of tensile strength and aging time fit σ=19.5exp(-3.212 × 10-4t0.79),and the service life of neoprene 25 ℃ was 44.6 a.
