以学生的“学”设计教师的“教”

摘要 "以学定教"打破了传统课堂"以教定学"的范式,彰显了一种教学理念的变化,调整了"教"与"学"的关系,使得教学本源开始回归。作者认为,"以学定教"也就是根据学生的"学"确定教师的"教",学情决定教情。通过近几年小学数学课堂的教学实践研究,对于"以学定教"形成了自己的感悟和认识。文章结合新课程理念,分别从课前,基于"学"的起点设计教师的"教";课中,基于学生的"学"调控教师的"教";课后,基于学生的"学"反思教师的"教"三方面进行阐述。 "Learning-based"teaching break the traditional teaching concept of "teaching-guided"learning,show the changes of teaching concepts,and adjust the relationship between"teaching"and"learning",then return to the essence of the teaching.The writer thinks that"learning-based"teaching means to assure the teaching according to the learning situation of the students.The writer forms her own opinions about"learning-based"concept through teaching research of maths class in primary school in these years.This passage expound the following aspects under the new curriculum conception: Pre-class,design the teaching according to the original learning situations of the students;While-class: adjust the teaching according to the learning realities;Post-class,reflect the teaching according to the learning results.
