专项整治对呼吸科抗菌药物使用强度的影响

Influence of special rectification activities of clinical application of antibacterials in China on antibacterial use density of inpatients in respiratory department of general hospital

目的探讨抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动对呼吸科抗菌药物使用强度的影响。方法以限定日剂量(DDD)为单位,对河北省某综合医院在实施专项整治前、后呼吸科住院患者抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)进行统计、分析。结果专项整治活动降低了呼吸科住院患者累计AUD值,咪唑衍生物等药物AUD明显下降,第3代和第4代头孢菌素和不同管理级别抗菌药物AUD均下降,但还存在用药集中等问题。结论专项整治有效降低了综合医院呼吸科住院患者AUD,但与卫生行政部门要求仍存在差距,应进一步加强管理。

Objective To investigate and analyze application of antibacterials in China on antibacterial use the influence of special rectification activities of clinical density（AUD） in inpatients in respiratory department of general hospital in Hebei Province. Methods Taking defined daily dose（DDD） as the unit,the AUD was calculated and analyzed before and after the special rectification activities. Results The AUD of inpatients and antibacterials including imidazole derivatives were declined. The overall decline in the AUD of different management grades of antibiotics, third and fourth generation cephalosporins, there were still many problems, such as massed application of antibacterials. Conclusion Although special rectification has significantly reduced the AUD of inpatients in respiratory department of this general hospital, there was a gap with the standard of Ministry of Health,it needs further efforts of administrative departments.
