初诊2型糖尿病患者基础C肽分泌功能的临床影响因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 2型糖尿病（T2DM）是一种慢性进展性疾病，胰岛J3细胞功能缺陷与疾病的发生发展密切相关。本研究以C肽（CP）反映内源性胰岛素分泌状态，以空腹CP（FCP）分泌指数即FCP／空腹血糖（FCP／FPG）比值反映基础CP分泌功能，在初诊T2DM患者临床指标中筛查影响基础CP分泌功能的主要因素，
