难治性癫痫的治疗新进展 被引量：3

摘要 癫痫是神经科常见疾病，抗癫痫药物治疗是癫痫治疗的主要手段。目前已经有大量的研究证实，药物治疗对大约25％～30％左右的癫痫患者效果差或者无效，这部分癫痫称为难治性癫痫（refractory epilepsy）。
