摘要
目的:评价乳腺癌微小钙化的钼靶诊断价值。材料与方法:选取河南省襄城县人民医院2011年3月至2012年11月期间2682例乳腺钼靶CR片,并追踪到其中67例乳腺癌患者的手术病例资料,对其钼靶片进行仔细认真的回顾分析、总结。结果:67例乳腺癌患者,男2人,女65人;其中有2人为双侧乳腺癌,共计69个,其中左乳44个,右乳25个。69例中含有钙化的乳腺癌32例,占46.4%。其中肿块伴微小钙化的15例,占21.7%;局部腺体扭曲伴微小钙化的5例,占7.3%;不对称片状腺体致密伴微小钙化的6例,占8.7%;仅有簇状细小多形钙化的6例,占8.7%。不伴有钙化的共37例,占53.6%。其中不规则肿块20例,占29%;类圆形肿块9例,占13%;不对称团片状致密7例,占10.1%;进行性不对称致密1例,占1.5%。结论:乳腺钼靶CR片在乳腺癌的诊断中具有重要的临床价值,尤其是临床触诊阴性的早期乳腺癌者,乳腺钼靶对乳腺癌微小钙化的显示是目前最有效、最可靠、最简便、实惠的检查手段。
Purpose: This paper is to evaluate the application value of mammography in the treatment of breast cancer. Materials and Methods: In this paper, we select 2, 682 Mammography CR tablets from March 2011 to November 2012 in Xiangeheng Peopleg Hospital, and we carry out a statistical analysis and summary with the Mammography CR of 67 Surgical patients. Results: Sixty - seven breast cancer patients (2 males, 65 females) have 69 pathologieal breasts. In these breast cancer patients, 2 patients are bilateral breast cancer and the others are all unilateral breast cancer, including 44 left pathological breasts, 25 right pathological breasts. There are 32 calcification breasts (46.4%) in the 69 pathological breasts, inc, luding 15 breasts (21.7%) of lump with micro - calcifications breasts and 5 breasts (7.3%) of local glands distortions associated with micro - calcifications; Six breasts (8.7%) of asymmetrical sheet glands densification associated with micro - calcifications. Just six breasts of cluster - like and small pleomorphic calcification account for 8.70/;. There are 37 breasts of no caleification, accounting for 53.6% and including 20 breasts (29%) with irregular lump; Nine breasts with class round lump, account tbr13% ; Seven breasts of asymmetric group sheet tight, account for 10. 1%; One breast with progressive asymmetric dense, account for 1.5%. Conclusion: Mammography CR has important clinical value in the diagnosis of breast cancer, especially in early breast cancer of clinical palpation negative. Mammography for the display of breast micro - calcifi- cations is the most effective, most reliable, and most convenient examination method.
