摘要 疲劳性骨折又称应力性骨折或行军骨折,是由有节律性的反复阈值创伤所引起的骨连续性破坏,一般无明显外伤史,是部队常见训练伤之一。其在训练中发病率较高,多发生于频繁的长跑、越野训练或单一课目的超负荷训练中,通常是由疲劳性骨膜炎引起的,以胫腓骨、跖骨、跟骨为多见。临床上症状往往不典型,骨折线不明显,而骨膜反应有时却相当明显,常容易误诊为炎症或肿瘤,所以要引起高度重视。为了更好的搞好科学训练,及时准确的诊断和治疗,以下就我科2000年至2012年疲劳性骨折10例的X线特征进行讨论分析。 The weary bone fracture called the stress bone fracture or marches the bone fracture, is by has the bone con- tinuity which the rhythmicitythres hold value wound causes repeatedly to destroy, the not obvious flesh woumt history, is gen- erally one of army common training wounds. On the clinical symptom is of ten atypical, the bone broken line is not obvious, but some times the periosteum response actually quite is obvious, is of ten easy to misdiagnose for the in flamma tion orthe tumor, the refore must cause takes highly, Inorder to better does well the science training, the promp taccurate di- agnos is and the treatment, the soldier had the weary bone fracturelO cases X characteristic from 2000 to 2012 and carried on the discussion.
