摘要
某住宅楼工程采用CFG桩复合地基进行加固处理,在设计、施工过程中,因对两种不同地质单元地层的工程性质差异认识不足,及对二者桩间土承载力折减系数取值不准确等原因,造成复合地基承载力超差过大及复合地基变形不均,产生质量问题。文章对原复合地基设计过程中存在的问题进行了分析,针对本次质量问题,提出了在工程性质较差的新近代古沟槽沉积地层内均匀、稀疏地增补CFG短桩的补救方案及措施,并对补救后的监测数据进行了简单分析。该补救方案取得了预期效果,可为同类复合地基的施工及处理提供借鉴。
composite ground of CFG pile is used in a residential building project. Due to lack of understanding of the engineering properties of the two different geological formation, and incorrectly using of the reduction factor of the soil bearing capacity, the bearing capacity is too low and the uneven deformation is occurred. The construction quality is qualified. The problem in the design process is analysed in the paper and the remedial measures using few uniform CFG piles in the ancient grooves is proposed. The monitoring data after remedy is also analysed. The remedial measure is success and could be a reference for the ground treatment works.
