摘要
研讨ControINet、Devi ceNet现场总线技术在乐凯胶片股份有限公司六号机涂布生产线(现黑白感光材料厂使用)中的应用。文中针对车间生产线改造前后的控制方式以及控制特点做了对比,且基于现场总线的控制方案,给出了改造后系统的控制方式,着重介绍了速度控制和张力控制方案。
This paper introduces an application of ControlNet and DeviceNet in No.6 coating emulsion production line（Now lucky b＆w sensitive material factory is using）, this article points out the difference between new system and old system then give a proposal for new reconstruction system,particularly focusing on the plan of speed control and tension control.
