摘要
采用一种碘酸改性的柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuO/CeO2催化剂,研究其在富氢气氛中CO优先氧化反应(CO-PROX)的催化活性.与传统柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂相比,碘酸改性溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂活性更好.程序升温还原、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等表征证明该催化剂粒径较小,表面含有更多的Ce3+及还原性氧化铜物种,有利于提高催化剂的催化活性.
CuO/CeO2 catalysts were prepared by iodic acid improved sol-gel method, and the catalytic per- formances for the preferential oxidation of CO in excess hydrogen were evaluated. Compared with the conven- tional catalysts, the catalytic activities of iodic acid modified catalysts were markedly improved. The catalysts were characterized by a series of techniques such as temperature-programmed reduction in H2 ( H2-TPR) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron microscope ( TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis (XPS) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). It was found that the improved method offered catalysts with smaller crystallite size, higher dispersion, more surface actual content of Ce3~ and reduced CuO species, which led to improving the performance of catalysts.
