天生桥一级水电厂尾水闸门加装平压充水阀的改造措施

Increase of Equalizing Filling Valve for Tail Gate of Tianshengqiao-I Hydropower Plant

天生桥一级水电厂机组尾水平压充水管,经过10多年承受水压在水下运行,已经严重锈蚀引起穿孔漏水,电厂采用了放弃尾水平压管,将尾水平压管进行灌浆封堵,在尾水闸门上部加装充水平压阀代替原尾水平压管,改造后的平压充水阀动作灵活可靠、密封效果好,阀门开启、关闭、检修维护方便,能有效满足尾水闸门运行要求。

An equalizing filling valve was increased on the upper part of the tail gate to instead of the equalizing draft tube of Tianshengqiao-1 hydropower plant because the draft tube has water leakage caused by serious corrosion after 10 years operation under water. The increased equalizing filling valve operates flexibly and reliably and seals well,and is convenient for open,close and maintenance and can effectively meet the operation requirements of the tail gate.
