摘要
DMQ540/30起重机在安装、拆除、使用过程中,若管理、操作、维护、检查不当,都有可能引发溜钩、倾覆等严重事故。为保障设备及人身安全,文章对如何做好DMQ540/30门座式起重机的拆装、使用、维护保养、安全管理进行了阐述,并论述了该起重机常规安全检查和非常规安全检查检测的主要项目内容和方法要领,以加强管理,规范起重机的各种活动行为。
Hook gliding, overturning and other serious accidents would be happened on DMQ540/30 cranes during installation,disassembly and operation processes if improperly managed,operated,maintained and inspected. In or-der to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,the paper makes an introduction to how to assemble and disas-semble,use,maintain and manage the DMQ540/30 gantry crane,and discusses the contents and methods of con-ventional and non-conventional safety inspection of the gantry crane,by which the management on gantry crane is improved and the activities of gantry crane are regulated.
