摘要
采用传统中间继电器及时间继电器的三相变频振捣器电气控制部分在水电站大坝混凝土浇筑施工中频发生故障,严重影响了工程进度。为了保证工期和浇筑质量,文中用数字集成块MC14011代替混凝土三相变频振捣器控制电路的传统中间继电器及时间继电器,提高了控制电路的可靠性,大大降低了故障率和维修成本,减轻了维修劳动强度。该项技术如今已在广西水电工程局混凝土浇筑施工中广泛使用。
The project progress was seriously affected because frequent failures happened on the electrical part of three-phase variable frequency vibrator with the traditional intermediate relay and time relay during dam concrete pouring process. In order to ensure construction period and pouring quality,the traditional intermediate relay and time relay were replaced by the digital integrated block MC14011,which not only improved the reliability of the con-trol circuit but also greatly reduced the failure rate,the repair cost and the repair labor intensity. Currently,the tech-nology is widely used in the concrete pouring construction of the project of Guangxi hydroelectric construction bureau.
