灵川县2011年度大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施效果评估

Evaluation of Implementation Effect of Follow-up Support Policy for Resettlers of Large and Medium-sized Reservoir of Lingchuan County in 2011

灵川县通过后期扶持政策的实施,使得移民的生产条件有所改善,生活条件显著提高;移民的人均纯收入较上一监测年度有所提高;项目的实施覆盖了较大比例的移民;库区和移民安置区的基础设施建设、经济发展和社会稳定得到了一定程度的推动和促进。

The resettlers＇ production and living conditions are improved greatly due to the implementation of the fol-low-up support policy in Lingchuan County. Meanwhile,the resettlers＇ per-capita net income is also increased com-pared with the last monitoring period. The support policy services a large proportion of the resettlers,which promotes the social stability and the developments of infrastructures and economy of reservoir area and resettlement area.
