根据国家能源局和山东省发改委关于规范风电建设的要求,按照莱阳市政府的要求,以及为了更加规范合理的开发莱阳市的风电资源,根据现有测风资料,测算出了莱阳市可以开发风电的总容量,并依据风资源、接入条件等列出了项目开发顺序,以供莱阳市政府和项目开发之参考。

In order to reasonably develop the wind power resources in Laiyang City, the total capacity of wind power in Laiyang City is calculated based on the existing wind data and the requirements of the National Energy Bureau,the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province and the government of Laiyang City on regulating wind power construction, and the project development sequence is listed according to wind resources and connection con-ditions etc., which can be referenced by the government of Laiyang City and the project developers.
