摘要 目的探讨多期三维增强MRA在下肢血管闭塞性疾病中的应用价值和限度。方法 20名病例进行双下肢多期三维增强MRA检查,获得动脉期、静脉期、延迟期三期图像,并进行图像分析。结果 20例的双下肢动、静脉图像均获得满意效果,下肢动脉狭窄中以股动脉狭窄最常见,占52.5%。动脉期-静脉期减影后所有病例得到满意的静脉图像。结论多期三维增强MRA可以清晰显示下肢血管的病变,采用多期图像相互减影的方法,可以减少血管污染,提高诊断准确率。 [Objective] To discuss the clinical value of the muhi-phase 3D CE-MRA in the diagnosis of arterial occlusive disease of lower limb. [ Methods ] Twenty patients underwent muhi-phase 3D CE-MRA scan, the arterial phase, venous phase, delay phase were obtained, and image analysis was performed. [Results] Twenty cases of lower extremity arterial, venous image were satisfied with the results. Femoral artery stenosis is the most common in lower extremity arterial stenosis, accounting for 52.5%. Arterial phase - venous phase subtraction of all patients are satisfied with the vein image. [ Conclusion ] Multi-phase 3D CE-MRA can clearly show the lower extremities vascular lesions, using multi-phase image mutual subtraction method, can reduce the artery or venous contamination, im- prove the accuracy of diagnosis.
