摘要
试验结果表明 :1 0 0 mg/L GA3浸种 ,清水浸种后嗑种均能极显著地提高苦瓜种的发芽率和发芽势 ,且前者的平均发芽势显著高于后者 ,促进发芽的效果最佳 ;1∶ 1 50 0倍 BR— 1 2 0浸种处理也能明显提高苦瓜种子的发芽力 ,但 ,单纯 1 0 0 mg/L GA3浸种处理与清水对照的发芽势。
The test result shows that seed soaking with 100mg/LGA 3 and clear water seed soaking,then,to knock on the seed can motably promote germinative percentage and germinative situation.but 100mg/LGA 3 more than clear water and promoting germination is the best.With 1∶1 500 BR-120 seed soaking treatment can be promoting germinative ability of balsam pear notably,but with 100mg/LGA 3 seed soaking treatment only,compare with clear treatment the germinative situation and percetage have no motably difference.
