黄羽肉鸡J亚群禽白血病肿瘤及相关病变发生规律的研究

Tumors and Related Process Induced by Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J in Yellow-feather Broilers

为了解J亚群禽白血病的病变发生规律,对90、180和320日龄3个不同年龄的某品种黄羽肉种鸡群进行了为期90 d的跟踪观察。结果显示:感染J亚群禽白血病病毒而发病的该品种黄羽肉种鸡最早出现肉眼可见肿瘤病变的年龄是107日龄左右;最早出现肉眼可见肿瘤比率最大的组织器官是心脏,肉眼可见肿瘤发生率最高的组织是肝脏,达83.02%,而肺脏未见眼观肿瘤,其他肉眼可以见到肿瘤的组织器官有:脾脏、肾脏、胸骨脏面、腺胃、肋骨、卵巢、肠道、肠系膜、泄殖腔、气管、脂肪、肌肉等,且大多病鸡有腹水病症,其中泄殖腔肿瘤和腹水病症在180日龄后肉眼检测淘汰该病病鸡中具有重要的临床指导意义。

To investigate the pathological process induced by avian leukosis virus subgroup J （ALV-J）in 90,180 and 320 days of age broilers,we tracked 106 yellow-feather chickens for 90 days and had detected them. The results showed that the first appearance of visible tumors in 107 days age in yellow-feather broilers infected by ALV-J;the heart had the highest percent tumor occurrence in early infection;the liver had the highest percent visible tumors occurrence in experimental period （reached 83.02%）,while there were no visible tumor in the lung. Spleen, kidney, breast bone, glandular stomach, cervical rib, ovaries, bowel, mesentery, cloaca, trachea, fat and muscle also had tumors occurence,and most of all infected broilers had aseites. This was a important guiding significance of cloaca tumors and ascitcs for visual inspected and eliminated afert 180-day-age infected chickens.
