发酵法生产谷胱甘肽的新进展 被引量:2

New Progress in Study on Glutathione Production with Fermentation

摘要 谷胱甘肽是细胞内重要生物活性物质,在维持生物体内稳态方面起着重要作用。发酵法生产谷胱甘肽中应用的菌种选育和条件优化等策略使得谷胱甘肽的产量得到了提高,但尚不能满足规模化生产的要求。新近基于代谢调控和应激机制的新思路的引入为谷胱甘肽的生产提供了新的方法,该文针对在谷胱甘肽生产中应用的新方法,新思路总结综述,以便相关研究者了解该方面的新进展。 Glutathione is an important biological active substance in cells and plays an important role in maintaining biological homeostasis. Despite the production of glutathione improved a lot through the efforts on strain breeding and ferment condition optimi- zation, the yield could not satisfy the needs of large-scale production. Currently, the strategy based on metabolic control and stress mechanism has provided us new ideas for the production of glutathione and the paper has summarized the new method and ideas of the latest advances in glutathione production.
