摘要
以短枝型新红星幼树盆栽苗为试材 ,研究了水分胁迫对短枝型苹果叶片活性氧清除酶类活性的影响。结果表明 ,不同程度水分胁迫均使叶水势下降 ,MDA含量升高 ,且叶水势与MDA含量之间呈显著负相关 ;不同程度水分胁迫前期SOD ,CAT活性均大幅度上升 ,上升幅度为重度胁迫 >中度胁迫 >轻度胁迫 ,但随着胁迫时间的延长 ,SOD ,CAT酶活性大幅度下降 ,下降幅度大小依次为重度胁迫 >中度胁迫 >轻度胁迫 ,轻度胁迫、中度胁迫SOD ,CAT活性虽下降 ,但仍高于对照水平 。
Effects of water stress in soil on the activities of active oxygen exterminating enzymes of spur apple young leaves were studied under pot cultivation. The results showed that the water potential decreased and MDA content increased under water stress. The content of MDA was closely negative correlation to water potential. The activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase increased during the early period, and the increase order was mild<moderate<severe water stress. As the duration of water stress prolonged, the activities of SOD, CAT decreased, and the decrease order was mild<moderate<severe water stress. The activities of SOD and CAT under mild and moderate water stress were higher than CK, and those of severe water stress were lower than CK.
